Eva Marie McInnis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eva Marie McInnis (Atikokan, Ontario), who passed away on August 29, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Douglas, Tom, Maureen and Susan; her husband John McInnis; her daughters, Kimberly McInnis and Deanna McInnis-Goranson (Leonard Goranson); her grandchildren, Amanda Held (Kevin Cooke), Kayla Goranson (Anojan Palarajah), Bradley Morningstar (Sylv Morningstar) and Maija Goranson (A. J. Mychasiw); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Evie, Marion, Asa and Magnus.

She is survived by: her brothers, Harry Carr (Donalda Carr), Terry Carr and Dale Carr (Corina Carr). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Atikokan Hospital Extended Care.
