He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Susan Laidlaw; his children, Andrew Laidlaw (Sandra Archer), Melissa Bijman (Thomas) and Ryan Laidlaw; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Autumn; his parent Vivien Laidlaw; his siblings, Sandra (Ben Wesselink), Don (Linda Laidlaw), Karen Laidlaw (Jay Schultz), Jerry (Barb Laidlaw), Rosemary Galloway (Jim Brubacher), Kevin (Anna Laidlaw) and Barb (Lyle Buchanan); his father Ken Laidlaw; and his brother Robert Laidlaw. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
