He is survived by: his parents, George and Lena Kizovski; his wife Liz; his children, Ashley (Matt), Tanya (Dan), Jessica (Ricky), Laura (Anirudh) and Alexander; and his sister Olga (Mark). He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces, friends and co-workers.
