He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Noel I and Gladys Crisson. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Shields; his children, Margaretanne (Jon), Nea (Angelo) and Frank Noel III (Annette); and his grandchildren, Jennifer (Paul), Elizabeth (Daniel), Warden and Cecilia.
