He was predeceased by : his wife Ann Carr. He is survived by : his children, Christine (Bob), Cynthia (Frank), Russell (Lynda), Maureen (Peter) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Heather, Eileen, Courtney (Teddy), Christopher (Gwyn), Andrew (Melissa), Sophia, Bridgette, Ronan and Audrey; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Chloe, Rosalie, Ella, Scarlett, Jameson, Ty, Ryan and Emie.
