With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Doris (Hisey) Preston (Aurora, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2025 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Preston; her parents, Earl Hisey and Verna Johnson; and her grandparents, Henry Johnson and Sophia Gillham.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Preston of Stony Plain, AB, Ron Preston (Marie) of Sharon, ON, Lynn Rumble (Dave) of Stouffville, ON and Susan Johnson (Taylor) of Stony Plain, AB.; her grandchildren, Steven, Jennifer, Amanda, Jacqueline, Aaron, Ryan, Matthew, Andrew, Sarah and Kiana; her siblings, Murray Hisey, Grant Hisey, Carl Hisey and Catherine Altenhof; her friends, Margery and Joe Wright; her close friends, Wally, Jerry Stewart, Ken and Connie McDowell; and her friend Gaby. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
