He is survived by: his wife Paula; his stepmother Gay; his siblings, Kate (John), Jane (Ian), Patrick (Joy), Damien (Hannah), Tammy (Grant) and Benji (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Anna, Thomas, Sam, Joe and Ian; Beth (Tim) and Carolyn (John).
Memorial donations in Martin's memory may be made to Southlake Cancer Centre or Margaret Bahen Hospice.
