He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kelly and Evelyn Kelly; and also, Kate Cooney, Hillary "Ginny" Twigg and Aurora Harrison.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Kelly; his children, Terry Kelly, Martin Kelly, Mary Beth Kelly (John Ramsell), Tim Kelly (Erica Neuman), Maureen Kelly (Peter Weber), Martha Kelly and Dan Kelly (Lauren Kelly); his grandchildren, Jim Harrison (Jess Cappelletto), Evelyn Harrison, Grace Ramsell, Remi Neuman-Kelly, Meghan Twigg, Scott Smith, Demmon Cooney, Molly Cooney, Colm Cooney, Arden Blythe, Peter Blythe, Grant Blythe, Declan Kelly and Cashel Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Lessard and Austin Harrison.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home (10366 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C3B8). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (15347 Yonge St, Aurora, ON L4G1N7).
