He was predeceased by: his wives, Inez Shipp (Wingrove) and Betty Shipp (Fugard-Howey); his sons, Kevin and Calvin; his sister Olive Sheppard (Fred); and his parents, Ernest Shipp and Ada Shipp (Hammond).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Roxanne (Scott), Travis (Jacquie), Robin, Corey and Chad (Trish); and his friend Fran. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
