He was predeceased by : his brother-in-law Jake Epp; his grandparents, Johan Teichroeb, Helena Teichroeb (Friesen), David Peters and Susana Peters (Giesbrecht); his uncle John Teichroeb; and his aunt Helen Harder (Teichroeb).

He is survived by : his wife Aggie; his children, Emilia and Micah; his parents, Frank Teichroeb and Anna Teichroeb; and his siblings, John (Lisa), Susie (Ben), Annie, Jamie, Mary (Jake) and Sara (Abe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
