He was predeceased by : his siblings, Andy, John Hulst and Marilyn Plaquette; his sister-in-law Corrie Hulst; and his parents, Andries Hulst and Antje Hulst (Jeeninga).

He is survived by : his wife Joyce Hulst (Peters); his children, Mark (Darlene), Rick (Lynn) and Denise Borremans (Hulst); his stepson Kerry Emerson; his grandchildren, Candace (Andrew), Cuyler, Kevin, Tori, Marc and Paul (Shonna); his great grandchild Emma; his siblings, Rinus Hulst (Audrey), Bob Hulst and Kiny McGee (Terry); and his siblings-in-law, Annie Hulst, Larry Plaquette and Mary Ruth Hulst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Aylmer Optimist Club Toy Drive or Diabetes Assoc. would be appreciated.
