He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacques "Jake" Roels and Blanche Roels (Derynck). He is survived by: his wife Linda Roels (Siddall); his daughter Jill Laraway (Chad) of Tillsonburg; his grandchildren, Olivia and Liam; his brother Ralph Roels (Renee); his in-laws, Michael Siddall and Kim Roesch (Dan); his sibling's children, Ashlynne and Jeffrey; and his godson Victor.
