He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Brenda [Maracle] Buis; his children, MacKenzie, Trinity Buis, Brittany, Tory Marr, Jessie, Ashly Buis and Quincy Buis; his grandfather Jim'; his grandchildren, Iris, Violet, James, Parker, Grace, Norah, Miles, Jasper, Tyson and Jacob; his mother Nellie Buis (late Richard Buis); his siblings, John (Joyce), Ron (Caroline), Larry (Irene), Murray (Judy), Nancy and Sharon Buis; and his brother-in-law Dennis Dwyer.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home (119 Talbot St E, Aylmer, ON N5H1H3).

In lieu of flowers, donations to Sakura House Hospice are suggested.
