She was predeceased by: her spouse Gordon William Cook; her child Barbara Jean Cook; her siblings, Katie Cox (late Herbert) and Archie Humphries (late Alice); and her parent Harry Humphries.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Cook (Muriel), Diane Dobson (Steve), Judith Layfield (Jim Anderson), Larry Cook (Sharon) and Sharon Harbaruk (John); her sibling Floyd Humphries (late Ida); and her parent Grace Humphries (Michener). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
