He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Kennedy (Granger); his brothers, Roy and Jack; his in-laws, Anna Lemon, Genevieve Graham, Loyall, Chuck and Bill Granger; and his parents, Robert Kennedy and Gertrude Kennedy (Roberts).
He is survived by: his children, Patrick Kennedy (Gerarda) of Nova Scotia and Sandra Campbell (Rob) of Lambeth; his grandchildren, Alicia (Keith), Rae, Larissa (Bill) and Connor (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Asa, Veruca, Dylan, Wynne, Sloan and Kane; his sibling Bev Kennedy; and his brother-in-law Lyle Lemon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home (119 Talbot St E, Aylmer, ON N5H1H3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
