He was predeceased by: his spouse Audrey Putnam (Pratt); and his parent Lee Stanley. He is survived by: his children, Heather Johnson (Mark) of Aylmer and Stan of Lyons; his grandchildren, Brent (Miranda) and Mike (Jenn); his sibling Bill Putnam (late Jean); and his parent Nellie Putnam (Jibson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
