She is survived by : her child Lee Hornsby (Maria) of Toronto; her grandson Anthony; her siblings, Ron Ellsworth (Sharlet), Jane Schmitz (Wayne) and Carol Stockford (Jim); her siblings-in-law, Robert Hornsby, Brenda Ribich, Glen Hornsby and Janet Brown; her friends, Carol and Isabel McNiece; her pet T. Born; and also Emilia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
