He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Skinner (Mitchell); his children, Chrystal Garneau and Kelsey Skinner; his stepdaughter Liz Dronyk (Corey); his brothers, Philip Skinner (Susan) and Paul Skinner (Jackie); his brothers-in-law, John Mitchell (Siobhan) and George Mitchell (Marie); and his parents, Joseph Skinner and Jean Skinner (Hodgson). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
