She was predeceased by: her sons, Robert Cerna (Helene) and Francis Cerna; her parents, Frank Barnes (Barnucz) and Elizabeth (Szabo); and her sister Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Cerna; her children, Elizabeth Zorgel (Randy), Nicholas Cerna Jr. and Richard Cerna (Christine); her grandchildren, Amanda (Lee), Stephen (Danielle), Brian (Megan), Kevin, Kathy (Cecil), Miranda, Alexander, Alain, Julianne, Marc, Natalie, Nicholas, Michael and Beth; her great grandchildren, Samuel, Andrew, Max, Ayden, Hailee, Aubree, Nolan, Paislee and Reven; and her brother Dr. Francis Barnes (Gloria).
