He was predeceased by: his father Roy. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Appleby (Hogg); his children, Robert Appleby (Lisa) and Crystal Johnson (Sheldon); his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Sydney, Jacob, Ellie, Carliegh and Sadie; his sister Joan (John); and his grandmother Molly.
