He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doug Collins (Mary Ellen), Linda Gibson, Bonnie Cardinal (late Russell), David Collins (Amanda), Donald Collins (Leanne), Reg Collins and Kenny Collins (Renata); his siblings-in-law, Roger Gray, Dale, Wayne and Kevin Gray; and his parents, Reginald Collins and Alice Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann; his children, Tim Collins (Kathleen) and Crystal Collins (Duane Buck); his grandchildren, Sam, Taylor Collins, Rebecca, Sarah, Nathan and Lilianna Buck; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Ellis, Christine Gray, Kim Gray (late Sharon), Sherri Morrison, Carol Gray, Sandra Stotz (Randy), Coleen Lee (Leonard), Tracey Thorne and Stanley. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
