He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Armstrong and Julia Armstrong (Funk); and his mother-in-law Benedikt (Eva Schrott). He is survived by : his wife Alice Armstrong (Schrott); his sons, Jeffrey (Shannon) and Nicholas (Brittany); his grandchildren, Madison and Mikayla; his siblings, Janice (Bruce Gill) and Bruce Armstrong; and his brother-in-law Bernard Schrott (Deborah). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
