She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Parks and Martha Parks (Bowers); and her sisters, Linda and Bonnie. She is survived by : her husband Keith Vardy; her sons, Brian Vardy (Tonya) and Bill Vardy (Megan); her grandchildren, Julie (Justin), Joe (Katrina), Kris, Curtis (Jessica) and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Avery and Hunter; her siblings, Joan (Don), Debbie (Larry), Sandra, Gerald and Jim; her parents-in-law, Art and Freda Vardy; and her sisters-in-law, Janet and Vicky (Scott). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family visitation and service will take place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life would be appreciated by the family.
