We bid farewell to Margaret Deady (Bancroft, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 27, 2026 at the age of 88. Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; her daughter Mary; her siblings, Marvin, Fred, Barbara, Evelyn, Tom and Martin; and her parents, John Gorgerat and Veronica Craftchick.
She is survived by: her children, Don (Madeline) of Alexandria, Hugh of Bancroft, Joe of Bancroft, Pat Tresierra (late Cliff) of Quesnel, B. C. and Robert (Charlene) of Edmonton; and her siblings, Monica Finn of Belleville and Ambrose Gorgerat of Winnipeg. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church (196 Bridge St W, Bancroft, ON K0L1C0).
