She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Murray and Mary Bell Parnell Murray; her former husband Rick Slack; her daughter Heather Willene Slack; and her nephew Jeffrey Marvin.
She is survived by: her husband Brian V. Sullivan of Bancroft; her sister Mary Louise Marvin (John) of Friendship, Tennessee; her stepchildren, James Sullivan of Fonthill, Sean Sullivan (Jenny) of Paragould, Arkansas, Catharine Fairchild (Cale) of Vineland and Christina Sullivan of Thorold, Ontario; her nephew Michael Marvin (Amanda); and her great-nephew Kameron Marvin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059).
