He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lepek and Rose Lepek; and his nephew David Lepek. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Conley (Jake); his stepdaughter Brandy Collins; his grandchild Fox; his brother Sam Lepek; his sister-in-law Helen Lepek; and his nieces and nephews, Elisa, Ramzi, Tyler, Luca, Chloe and Charlie. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
