We announce the death of Alan Sloan of Barrie, Ontario, who passed away on June 1, 2026, at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sloan and Vera Ann Miller; his brothers, Ken and John; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Louise Field.
He is survived by: his children, Glenda Megan (Wolfgang), Andrea and Richard; his grandchildren, Sheisha Kulkarni (Zac), Avinash Kulkarni (Julie), Keshev Kulkarni and Eric Guier (Shania); and his sisters, Dorothy and Marjorie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
