She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hurlbert (Bob); and her granddaughters, Kathleen Chessell and Cassandra Hurlbert. She is survived by: her children, Roy Hurlbert (Tracey), Valerie Chessell (Glenn), Lorraine Hurlbert and Robert Hurlbert (Patricia); her grandchildren, Matthew Delcourt, Genevieve Cornell (Mark), Michelle Chessell, Michael Chessell, Felicia Mawdsley and Thomas Hurlbert; and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Kara-Leigh Delcourt, Angelique, Wyatt Cornell, Lincoln and Xavier Kriegizas.
A reception was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 186 (72 Peace St, Cannington, ON L0E1E0).
