She is survived by: her husband Gerald Smith of Barrie; her daughter Lisa Smith (Sam) of Barrie; her brother Ed Hendricks (Denise); and her caregivers, Cathy, Erin, Tonya, Emily, Fran, Nancy, Meghan and Sharon.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Simcoe are greatly appreciated to continue the care for other families in their time of transition.
