He was predeceased by: his child Jonathan; and his grandchild Samantha. He is survived by: his spouse Christine; his children, Amanda, Christopher, Jared and Michael; his grandchildren, William, Jack, Christopher and Emma; and his siblings, Vicki, Christine, Michael, Danny, Kathy, Neil and Gerry.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association / COPD would be greatly appreciated by the family.
