She was predeceased by : her sisters, Janet and Brenda; and her parents, Donald McDougall and Kathleen Donahee. She is survived by : her daughters, Tara Snyder and Robin Mowforth (Gary Mowforth); her sister Elaine McDougall; her siblings-in-law, John Moore and Lynne Howarth; and her grandchildren, Austin Mowforth, Colton Mowforth, Arya Bastedo and Andrew Bastedo.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation of Canada or Barrie's Out of the Cold program.
