She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leda Guénard (Bilodeau) and Arthur Guénard; her children, Alain and Karen (Pete); her grandchildren, Norman (Lisa), Nakita (Travis), Kasia and Jamie (Julia); and her great grandchildren, Ayden, Mya and Beau. She was also cherished by her brothers, sisters, children, friends, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Hospice Simcoe or CCFC (Centre Communautaire Francophone de Cambridge) in Doris's memory.
