He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his daughter Tracey; his parents, Bill and Edith; and his siblings, Barry, Jerry and Sandra.
He is survived by: his siblings, Randy and Debbie; his daughter Joanne (Douglas Forth); his granddaughters, Jacqueline, Katharine, Shelley and Olivia; and his close friend Ollie.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Donaleigh's Irish Public House (28 Dunlop St E, Barrie L4N1A2).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Doug Baker's name to Cope Service Dogs, RVH Oncology Dept and to Diabetes Canada.
