With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Tom Telizyn (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on February 15, 2022 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Olga. He is survived by: his children, Larysa Telizyn and Emily Telizyn; his father Tom Telizyn of Newmarket; his sister Joanna Telizyn; and his aunts and uncles, Andy, Nina Telizyn, John and Alice Stasiuk. He is also survived by his cousins, relatives, friends.
