It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elbert Watson Palmer (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son John (Loni). He is survived by: his wife Ida "June" Palmer; his sons, Paul (Sheila) and Mark; his sisters, Margaret and Betty; his grandchildren, Michael Joyce (Nicole), Patrick (Karen), Cynthia (Chris), Peter (Genuh), Dale, Jacqueline and Wendy; and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Kory, Alina and Melissa.
