Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elizabeth Haas Ortega (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 95, on February 24, 2025. She is survived by: her sons, Anibal and Eduardo; her daughters-in-law, Ana Maria and Jessy; her grandchildren, Alessandra, Adriana, Jassiel, Daniel and Joela; and her great grandchildren, Tristen, Charlie, Eva and Kross. She is also survived by the many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (445 St Vincent St, Barrie, ON L4M6T5). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (208 Sunnidale Rd, Barrie, ON L4N5N9).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to be given to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
