We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2022, at the age of 71, Elizabeth Stella Hammond (Barrie, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Pydych and Genowefa Pydych. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Hammond; her children, Karrie (Brian) and Cindy (Chris); her grandchildren, Bradley, Claude, Carling, Thomas, Celia, Corina and Camila; her great grandchild Kaël; and her siblings, Roman (Stella) and Janie (Alan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many extended relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Simcoe on 336 Penetanguishene Rd, Barrie ON L4M 7C2 and/or the Canadian Cancer Society.
