It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth (Betty) Jean Schnurr (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Jack McDonald; and her parents, Weir McDonald and Margaret McDonald. She is survived by: her husband Jerald Schnurr; her children, Randy (Jen), Rick (Lori) and Heather (Bernie); her grandchildren, Drew, Emma, Elizabeth, Wade, Campbell, Thomas, Joshua and Kate; her siblings, Al McDonald (Sharon) and Isabel McAughey (late Peter); and her sister-in-law Marjorie MacDonald (late Jim).
