She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Klein and Maria Klein; and her husband Ezio Pizziol. She is survived by: her brother Josef Klein; her daughters, Christine (Gilles), Melinda, Anita and Sonya (Lyndon); and her grandchildren, Nicolas, Matthew, Lisa, Jillian, Connor and Jack.

A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Spirit Parish (650 Essa Rd, Barrie, ON L4N9E6). A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.

In memory of Eva, donations may be made to Hospice Simcoe whose care and compassion brought comfort to Eva and her family in her final hours.
