With sadness, we share the passing of Gabor Joseph Velekei (Barrie, Ontario). Gabor, born on July 1, 1953, passed away on September 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Gabor for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He is survived by: his son Chris Velekei (Christina); his granddaughters, Alexis and Zoey Velekei; his brother Las Velekei; and his brother-in-law Ron Whalen. He is also survived by his family, friends.
