She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Angela), Jason (Julie) and Kim (Brad); her grandchildren, Darrin, Courtney, Avery and Morgan; her siblings, Robert Meltcalfe (Pat) and Dorothy Mullens (Wally); and her niece Mary Ann Kotylak.
