He was predeceased by: his former wife Sandra; and his daughter Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Sharyn; his sons, Richard (Mona), Scott (Kim) and Kevin (Shelly); his stepchildren, Chris (Rachel) and Jeff (Ashleigh); and his siblings, Kent (Nancy), Neil (Cheryl) and Shelley.
