He was predeceased by: his mother Illene; his siblings, Pam and Ted; and his father-in-law Max. He is survived by: his father Jack; his siblings, Brenda (Paul), Jim (Pam) and Patricia (Mike); his mother-in-law Kathleen; his brother-in-law Rob (Jessica); his daughters, Jennifer and Michelle; his siblings' children, Trevor (Emily), Ted, Michael (Chelsea), Kristen and Nicolas; and his daughter Danielle.
