He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Valrose "Val" Egerton; his children, Kimberley "Kim", Cheryl and Michele (Rick); and his grandchildren, Justene (Adam), Noah, Joe, Edison, Willow and Chloe. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Adams Funeral Home (445 St Vincent St, Barrie, ON L4M6T5). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. John Vianney Parish (13 Baldwin Ln, Barrie, ON L4N2W1). A burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (208 Sunnidale Rd, Barrie, ON L4N5N9). A reception was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. John Vianney Parish (13 Baldwin Ln, Barrie, ON L4N2W1).
