She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Blundell and Dorothy Blundell (Payne); her sisters, Ellen Elliot, Shirley Tilley and Beverley; her son Sheldon; and her granddaughter Tara Summer.

She is survived by: her sister Betty Pera of Barrie; her daughter Melissa Wiley (Chris) of St. Thomas; her grandchildren, Sean Kennedy of Barrie, Matthew Black of Vancouver, Camille Black of Vancouver, Grace Wiley, Erica Wiley and Lillian Wiley of St. Thomas; her sibling's children, Sheila Klemm (Carlo) of Edson, Alberta, Sharlene McDonald, Nancy Meyers (Russ) of Wasaga Beach, Shane Tilley, Shawn Tilley, Doug Johnson, Kevin Johnson and Tim Elliot; her daughter DJ Brawata; her granddaughter June; her friends, Vicki, Bruce, Joan, Debbi, Dennis and Heidi; and also June.
