She is survived by: her husband Ernie Pivetta; her children, Lisa Hewitt (Jonathan) and Mark Pivetta (Marsha Macnab); her grandchildren, Charlotte Hewitt and Ethan Hewitt; her mother Evelyn Hughes; her mother-in-law Claire Pivetta; and her siblings, Donna Hughes (Shirley Campbell), Brent Hughes (Diane), Christina Pivetta and Tom Pivetta (Monica).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ferndale Banquet Hall (24 Ferndale Industrial Dr, Barrie, ON L4N9W2).
