Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Leonardo leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe and Lucia. He is survived by: his wife Marisa (Mimi); his daughters, Amanda (Vince) and Bianca (Bryan); his grandchildren, Avelina and Braxton; and his brother Matthew. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, many nieces and nephews, extended family and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fuda Italian Bakery (200 Wellington St W, Barrie, ON L4N1K9).
In honour of his generous spirit, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Hockey Helps the Homeless (https://www.hockeyhelpsthehomeless.com) , a cause he passionately supported and deeply believed in.
