She was predeceased by: her husband Vern Whitwell; her parents, Bessie Pinhay and Henry Billings; her sisters, Beverly Carey (Jim) and Kathleen Cassin (Brian); and her stepbrother Bud Billings (Betty).
She is survived by: her children, Ken Whitwell (Mary) of North Bay and Susan Whitwell (Myles) of Colorado Springs, USA.; her grandchildren, Nicolas, Darren, Jennifer and Trisha; her great grandchildren, Noah, Tyson, Connor, Lee, Logan, Oliver, Charley and Olivia; and her great great grandchild Soffia.
