It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Mary Padfield (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Jule; and her parents, Evelyn O'Connor and Alban O'Connor. She is survived by: her spouse Gerry Padfield; her children, Mary Jo, Jeannie (Tom), Ted (Marsha) and Tom; her grandchildren, Dana (Ben), Jacqueline (Stuart), Evelyn, Ruby, Tristan, Owen, Rhys and Elvin; and her sister Geraldine (John).
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary's Parish (65 Amelia St, Barrie, ON L4M1M7). A reception will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
