It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie McLeod (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on May 24, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ron McLeod; her sons, Randy (Dan) and Marj; her grandchildren, Alicia, Emily, David, Pamela, Adam and Kiersten; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Maxwell, Myla, Hudson, Silas, Oliver, Maeve, James, William and Justice.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home Worsley Street Chapel, Barrie Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home Worsley Street Chapel (30 Worsley St, Barrie, ON L4M1L4). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home (30 Worsley St, Barrie, ON L4M1L4). A reception will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home Worsley Street Chapel, Barrie Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home Worsley Street Chapel (30 Worsley St, Barrie, ON L4M1L4). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Vasey United Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marj's memory may be made to the Royal Victoria Hospital Auxiliary (https://www.rvh.on.ca) or the Canadian Cancer Society.
